Our fiesta corn is grilled corn with red bell pepper, red onion, green bell pepper, cilantro, Greek yogurt and cotija cheese. We use Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. MICROWAVE - Lift the corner of the plastic cover (1/4-1/2 inch). Heat 1-2 minutes. Time may vary depending on microwave.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN - Transfer food to oven-safe baking sheet, heat for 10 minutes at 350 F or until desired temperature is reached.
