Tasting Info

Choosing the right menu is an important decision for your wedding day. If you would like to sample menu options before you finalize your selection, we are happy to help! This guide will help you understand when and how to schedule a tasting.

Scheduling

We do our best to accommodate your preferred tasting date and time. We schedule tastings once a month at either  Rogersville or Elizabethton locations. 
When you are ready to schedule your tasting, we will need to know the number of guests attending, the menu items you would like to sample, and your availability for scheduling. If you need delivered, fees and minimums will apply

Payment

Your tasting is not booked until the tasting has been scheduled and full payment has been received.. Your wedding date is not secure until deposit is paid. All tasting can be purchased below online. If you decide to book us for your wedding day, we will deduct up to $100 dollars of your tasting fee from your final wedding catering invoice.

Cost (2 person minimum)

Try 2 entrees and 2 sides: $50 per person
Try 2 hors d'oeuvres, 2 entrees and 2 sides 
$60 per person
Try 3 entrees and 3 sides: $75 per person
Try 3 passed appetizers, 3 entrees and 3 sides: $85 per person
Try 2 dessert options: $10 per person
Try 2 cake flavors: $10 per person

 

Custom tasting selections are available. Please contact us through our website
or give us a call to schedule your tasting! All clients must review an event
proposal before booking a tasting.

Tasting F.A.Qs

Q: Are there any items we cannot try during a tasting?
A: There are some items that cannot be made for small groups. Due to how some items are prepared, the fewest number of servings we can offer of these items is 6.
Q: Can we customize the tasting? (i.e. add a salad or an additional appetizer?)
A: Yes, we will be happy to add items so that you can taste exactly what you would like to.
Q: My fiance and I want to attend a tasting. Can we each try different entrees and different sides?
A: Our pricing is for each tasting attendee to try the same menu items, not for individual menus.
Q: My fiance and I want to attend a tasting. Can we order for 1 person and share a plate?
A: Tastings require a 2 person minimum.
Q: Why do tastings cost more than the per person charge on your menu?
A: The per person charge on our menu is for large groups. Tastings cost more than the listed menu price because our chefs prepare small quantities just for you.
Q: I have a friend/family member that would like to join us for our tasting, Can they still join?
A: Yes! Please let us know in advance if someone will be joining you, and we will ensure they have a seat at the table.
